Detailed Rates Page
All prices are for labor only since hardware addition or replacement
is dependent on your particular computer and configuration.
On-Site - Most On-Site services are billed at $60.00 for the first hour.
In-Shop - If the repair is complicated or time consuming,
or if time is not critical, you can generally save money
with our In-Shop Service. Most In-Shop repairs
are completed in 3-7 days. If you need your computer done fast
we can do that too. Hourly rate is $40.00 for the first hour, or check the
detailed rates page for specific task prices, or just
tell us what you want done and let us bid the job.
$10.00 Bench Fee - Bring your computer here, and for ten bucks
I will attempt to turn it on and tell you what I think is wrong and
you can take it home and fix it yourself. Fee is waived with further
service.
Travel Charge - There may be a small one time per incident
travel charge based on your location. You will be
told in advance of this charge.

Scheduling calls only on Saturday afternoon. Please, no calls late in
the evening!
